Will not load

Apps wont load. Theyre completely stuck, and I cant delete them. Every time I try again to load them, the App Store crashes.

Honestly, Ive loved these apps... When they work. But Ive deleted them all (except this one because I cant.)They have been so much maintenance. They only work 50% of the time.
